Have You Had Success with Hero's Accord PUG?

As the topic says. I'm curious if anyone has successfully completed Hero's Accord with a PUG group. I tired it probably half a dozen times without making it very far. In the best group we made it to Orcus in six minutes, then the wrong class garbed the right key and people started dropping out. It feels like when I used to PUG Castle Never back in the day and only made it to the bridge

i joined it with my gf when i was bored, got a healadin, hr, mof rene and a gwf.
when we got to orcus gwf was 3rd on paingiver, but he took the dps buff. after the wipe the gwf quitted and a sw joined, pala went tank, me dps and 20 min later we faced ras ni. he was a pain in the a$$, but we got him in the 3rd try.
cost me over 1 hour and 15 life scrolls, but was a great feeling tbh.
